Wyld Spell Return Policy: Store Credit Only

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Final sale items, clearance items, and customized products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

  • To return an item, please email: support@shopwyldspell.com 
  • If returning by mail, please pack the item securely and send it to: 4241 Montgomery Dr. # 101 Santa Rosa CA 95405   
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Issuance of Store Credit:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) returned.
  • Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card.

4. Using Store Credit:

  • Store credit can be used towards future purchases online
  • Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Conditions:

  • Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance from store credit after a purchase will stay on the account for future use.

6. Exceptions and Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or issue store credit if the returned item does not meet our return criteria.
